One of the most interesting, richest, and influential women of the entire world is Oprah Winfrey. She has come from nothing to make a world for herself, and everything she touches turns to cold hard cash. She is a powerhouse and everyone who comes in contact with her will benefit in some way for meeting her.

Her fans are fanatical about her. They are also worldwide and she gathers more everyday. Miami fans are no exception, as she has a very large fan base there. There was a news story conducted on one of Oprah's Miami fans who actually gave away a ticket to Oprah's show to a homeless woman. The fan believed that attending one of Oprah’s shows would be motivational and inspire the woman to be all she can be. Becoming all you can be is Oprah’s message to her fans. Another fan wrote an article on Oprah and her philosophical thoughts. Even though fans in Miami and Florida were upset over her not interviewing Sarah Palin, they forgave her and still support her. Fans like these in Miami and all over the country are why Oprah is one of the most influential women in the world. Although at times the fans do not agree totally with everything she says or does, they always support her.

Oprah’s fans have started an Oprah Winfrey Nobel Peace Prize fan club. They believe she deserves the prize because of all the money she contributes and work she does with causes all over the world. Causes such as the fight against poverty, racial discrimination, AIDs, and children’s welfare.
