We all know who Oprah Winfrey is. She is a famous talk show host, reporter, author, Academy award-winning actress, philanthropist, Nobel prize nominee, political activist, humanitarian and was even inducted into the Academy of Achievement in 1989.

Only in our dreams can we achieve what Oprah Winfrey has done in her lifetime, and her fans all want a part of her. They are devoted to her and her causes. This media mogul has a bigger following than any other celebrity. She is known and loved all over the world.

Although she was called a traitor by some for being an avid supporter of the new President Elect Barack Obama, people will still stand in endless lines for hours to see her, come rain, shine or snow. Her show has ranked #1 in Chicago since 1986. By helping others, she has been able to grasp her fans loyalty even further. She is a perfectionist and at the same time is so down to earth with both her fans and the celebrities she interviews. In turn, many of her fellow celebrities are fans as well.

Oprah interacts with her fans as if they were family. Everyone welcomes Oprah into their home every afternoon as if she were a part of their lives or a a habit they can't live without. There is something about her and the way she goes about asking questions, no matter how touchy or private the subject, that makes her so appealing. Her questions often catches her guests off guard, but she always gets her answers. Oprah Winfrey is still without a doubt considered to be America's best friend.
