How Oprah Relates to Fans

One of the most famous people in America at the time is Oprah Winfrey.  Since the opening of her show, she has had a great following.  Her fans have related to how she grew up with her mother where she was abused, raped, and molested.  They associate with her acting out and being sent to live with her father, a second chance at regaining her life.  They take courage in the fact that at fourteen, she became pregnant but lost the baby.  She uses the example of herself turning her life around to show them that they can do it.

She graduated from high school and attended Tennessee State University.  While in college she landed a job as a reporter, and her broadcasting career began. Her fans have witnessed what going through with goals such as finishing high school and college can do.  From this yearning for knowledge came the popular part of her show the “Book Club."
 
Oprah has shown her fans by letting them in her to life that anything is possible when goals are set. She has shown them that even starting poor they can come out rich in money and other ways.  Oprah has shown what generosity is by giving her fans cars, having their homes redone, and many small gifts that she surprises them with at the show. Her fans are faithful to her and are proud of what she has done in her life and what is going to do.
